Horsham District Council recognised one year since start of Ukrainian invasion.
Horsham District Council marked the first-year anniversary of the start of the Ukrainian invasion by flying the Ukrainian national flag at the front of the Council’s Park House building on 24 February 2023. During the day the Chairman of Horsham District Council led a public Silent Vigil for peace at the War Memorial in the Carfax. Also, during the evening the Capitol was lit up in blue and yellow.
