Horsham Carfax received the Provan Plate for 2018, presented by Jeremy Quin to Carfax Chairman Jane Chacksfield.
Jane was thanked for a hard working branch, which just last week had held a very successful, and well attended evening with Daniel Hannan MEP at Horsham Sports Club.
