I do not want residents to be caught out so please be aware that from 5th February, parking charges are increasing very significantly in our Horsham District Council run car parks.
At a meeting of full Council held on 22 February 2023, Horsham District Council (HDC) set the Council’s financial and capital budget for the coming financial year, which starts in April.
Last year HDC replaced all the lights in its multi-storey car parks with LED lighting. By replacing the 387 lights in Swan Walk car park this reduced the Council’s carbon emissions by nearly 19,000kg a year, as well as saving around £11,000 in energy bills.
